Oct 29 Annual Paris Halloween parade at 4:00 pm, starting at the courthouse front lawn. Merchants will be treating area children along Main St between Marion and Locust Streets. The parade is sponsored by Xi Beta Xi Sorority

Oct 30 Perry Halloween Festival (full day of fun bounce houses, petting zoo, face painting, Trunk or Treating, costume contests and so much more!)

Nov 2 MU Extension - Salt River Master Gardener Club monthly meeting 7pm. There will be a presentation on making wreaths from fresh greenery by Janet Miller and Margaret McKay. All SRMG Club Members and Guests will be asked to please social distance and wear masks at all times due to COVID-19 guidelines in place at this time. The public is welcome to attend. Nov 3 The Quinsippi Stamp Club next monthly meeting 7pm at the Quincy Business and Technology Center, 301 Oak St in Quincy. Main entrance is on the north side of the building, as well as ample parking. The meeting will be held in the 5th floor meeting room. Refreshments will be provided. After a short business meeting, the Club members will be holding a Buy/Sell/Trade event, in which stamp related items will be brought in and offered by the members for sale to others. The public is invited to attend and participate. Join us to learn more about the interesting, beautiful and historical hobby of stamp collecting! Nov 6 Santa Fe Christian Church Lord’s Acre Supper and Sale. Meal 4-6:30pm Sale starts at 6:30pm

Nov 11 James Monroe Chapter of DAR will host a Vietnam Veterans' Dinner 6pm, Fellowship Hall of the Paris First Christian Church. Veterans and their guests are invited. Emma Jo Raines has made two quilts to be given to two Vietnam Veterans. Please R.S.V.P by November 8 to Mary Beth Mitchell, 660-327-4897.

Nov 11 “Veterans and Active Military Appreciation Day” All veterans and active military personnel eat free and 10% of total sales from the day will be donated to perry V.F.W.
