Emergency Water Conservation Program

Dry weather has area livestock producers concerned about adequate water supplies in the weeks ahead as ponds and streams are reaching critically low levels.

Contact the Monroe County Farm Service Agency Office regarding the Emergency Water Conservation Program cost-share assistance. Sign up deadline is August 11th.

Other programs available include funds for water hauling as well as feed/hay transportation and the Livestock Forage Program for grazing animals.
