The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking bid proposals for a non-personal services contract providing land and vegetation management services at Mark Twain Lake. The Solicitation Number of this request is W912P925R0013, and can be found on the SAM.gov at the following web address: https://sam.gov/content/home.gov Services provided under the contract include tree/shrub clearing, roadside vegetation control, earthwork, grading, vegetative/debris clearing, herbicide application, succession control, tree/shrub seedling planting, container tree/shrub planting, plowing, disking, planting, fertilizer application, limestone supply and application, soil testing and analysis, and fireline establishment. Contract specifications are available on the SAM.gov website.

This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside, competitive 8(a) action. Proposals will be accepted from 8(a) certified entities. The contract will be a single award, firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contract possessing a performance duration of five one-year ordering periods.

A site visit for this solicitation will be held at the Mark Twain Lake Project Office on Friday, February 16, 2024, at 10:00 am. The site visit will include a review work specifications and contract requirements. The site visit will also feature a tour of typical work sites and in-field contract requirements at various location at the lake. Participants will be required to operate their personal vehicles to the various work sites and are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather and ground conditions if they choose to participate in the in-field work site tour.
