Madison C-3 School District New Staff Members 2026-27

Colby Hale - PK-12 PE, Assistant Baseball Coach, Head Boys JH/HS Basketball Coach 
A graduate from NE Randolph R-IV and Northwest Missouri State University, Colby comes to us excited to help the Panthers grow in the gym and on the field. He has most recently been the boys head basketball coach in Novinger. He also assisted in coaching baseball in Novinger and the North Andrew School District. Additionally, he's coached a few seasons with the Missouri Mavericks! He is excited to lead the Panthers! 

Jessica Summers - Principal's Administrative Assistant. In previous years, Jess has been a loyal substitute for the district. Prior to that she worked many years as an office manager at MCS Office Equipment. She also serves as President of the Madison City Council! She is excited to be in school with her daughters Gracie (PreK) and Chloe (Junior)! 

Kayli Roberts - 6th Grade ELA, Library, 6th/7th Grade Science 
Kayli is a graduate from Moberly High School and Central Methodist University. Kayli has been in education for six years. The most recent being in the Higbee school district. She is ready to help students find a love for reading and science! 

AJ Hoskam - JH/HS Girls Head Basketball Coach 
AJ will be our new girls JH and HS Basketball coach. In previous years, AJ has coached as both a head coach and assistant coach in Moberly, Bevier, and Brunswick. He is excited to be part of the Panther Family and has already done some great things with our Lady Panthers!
