In Between The Times

A quiet walk by the sea on a calm day reveals the ebb & flow in the waves that come way up and

then slip back down into the ocean. The word speaks of the times and seasons like that. They come up and then slip away. Hopefully, we spend most of our time between the storms of wind and rain, in a place between storms and problems, as it were.
David writes some thoughts for us as we leave those tracks in the sand - in between the times that the waves come up and slap at our feet. Do not fret because of evil doers, Trust in the Lord and do good, Dwell in the land and feed on his faithfulness, Delight also in the Lord and He shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Him & trust Him. Rest in the Lord and wait patiently for Him. A big wave comes up now almost to our ankles. Do not fret, cease from anger, forsake wrath.
The meek shall inherit the earth and delight themselves in the abundance of peace.
(prayer ) Thank You, Lord for a good place to walk in between the times.
